I doubt that it's the pots, but I wonder if there isn't a loose
connection somewhere along the line that is shorting out between the
gas and wheel. Are you connected directly to your game port or via an
extension or joyswitch device?
However, I have noticed the same thing with my NASCAR Pro, it's not very
pronounced, but with GPL I am over analyzing everything looking for that
extra edge. <G>
