Thrustmaster Pro Nascar Digital wheel on XP Installation Problems

I can't seem to get my Pro Nascar Digital wheel to install correctly
on XP.  I can never get the setup screen I had under Win98.  All I get
is a Guillemot controller with standard windows calibration.

I also want to remap the buttons on the wheel to be different windows
buttoms.

Any ideas or should I buy a new wheel?
