having major problems with gpl, for starters win98, PII 300, 64meg, diamond
stealth 2 2meg, voodoo 2 12meg, Soundblaster awe 32 w/daughter card 8meg.
GPL seems to go crazy when i try to play, sound is sporratic?, and parts of
track are flashing black, dont know what to do, are there any know probs
with this combination, patches?, anything? all help, suggestions, comments

Win 98 is the problem.Look further down the posts, there are plenty of fixes
for it.

I had the same problem in W95

P2 Voodoo2, 64 MB ... I downloaded the latests drivers from www.3dfx.com
and everything works ok now
