I have a stupidly great idea.  how about having an option to disable
the co-driver and put the notes (is that the proper english word?) in
a text-file, so you could have a buddy guiding you through the stages?

Never thought that that might be a problem for some. Probably too late
now anyway.

My only criticisms/suggestions are that the mini accelerates too hard
on gravel (0-100 under8 secs) and that the sounds are completely
different in the replays.

Other than that, I'm quite happy with the demo. Bring on Nov 16!!!

Actually there is going to be a patch pretty soon after release (I hope)
that will incorporate a number of enhancements if we get what we want -
including a better replay system, native support for the RS Shifter and
Analog Clutch and possibly a better contoller configuration system.

Good! I didn't get around to try the demo until yesterday, and I just
didn't get the controller setup. It recognized my MSFF with no
problem, and let me set the correct buttons for what I wanted, but
what's up with the sensivity slider ? I don't seem to be able to grasp
the concept of sensivity sliders, as I have trouble to adjust F1 2001
to no bull full linear steering too. Everyone has to something to learn
from papy here i think. :)

Or you can write your own text files:

"... Left four, over crest, over bump... watch out, ***, don't cut...
DON'T CUT..! Wha...what are you doing, you idiot! Pull over, let me out of
the car! HELP...!!!"
