I'm having graphics problems with F1 Challenge. It looks like there's
some kind of z-buffer problem, bits of surfaces flicker in and out on cars.
My graphics card is a Geforce FX 5900.

If it was an ATI card, I'd ask what kind and how new is your
motherboard. But I haven't seen problems with Nvidia cards and ISI since
they first patched f1 2001. Heck, it could be lots of things. What other
specs do you have and what driver version are you running?
perhaps some other Nvidia users who don't have problems can fill you in on
what drivers they are using.

I'm using the latest official driver.

Try the Driver version set 43 they fix it

I have GF FX 5800 Ultra, and now i use eVGA 56.56 driver and that works, all
other 5x.xx sux for me...
