SCGT: 1.551 joystick troubles.

I had been using Joystick ID#2 for my Logitech FF USB wheel.
Now today for some reason it is not recognized and the Logitech
wheel has to be on ID#1. Does anyone else see the same thing?
I ran F1RS with the Wheel on ID#2 a few minutes ago so I know that
the wheel is working properly.
