Here's some I use.
http://edome.fi.soneraplaza.net/hosted/gpl/ghuttu/  < all chassis, all
tracks plus numerous add on tracks.

The sim replays one posted above is also very good

http://www.hotlaps.de/gpl/  < some world records at original and addon
tracks, including some replays set by yours truly with a joystick if you
dig hard enough at watkins spa and monza:)
