It's not a simple task.  First you have to find a copy of OSR2, which can
only legally be bundled with new systems and some hardware (HDs and MB for
example).  Then you can either do a new install of OSR2 or do some trickery
to convert it into an upgrade version (by dfault it will not install
overtop of an earlier version).
