Monaco Grand Prix 2 questions?

I have problems when playing this game on the hardest level possible:
1. Is at all possible to qualify at the top three, because it seems
that AI is super fast at qualifying (for instance: Australia 1:30.XXX
and I'm driving 1:34.XXX; how to achieve this kinda lap with no helps,
except auto shifting)?

2. Does anyone maybe know any site with setups that could achieve such
lap times as mentioned above (especially for the race: Australia like
1:34:XXX; now I am driving 1:36.XXX)?

There is a reason(s) for this.......

the AI do seem to qual preety damn fast in Melbourne..... but this is not
the way in other tracks.......

You will driver slower when driving no aids, I don't know why this is the
case but it is, so the more aids you use the huigher the level you will
compete in, the less the lower, try competing in Pro for times that mach
yours but in Melbourne Pro and Expert times are both super fast for some
reason.
