Win95/T2/Patch/Game Cards/Thanks Charlie Heath

First off, I was experiencing the gas/brake pointers jumping
to the wrong side with N2 and my T2 after I installed the patch.
Well, I bought an ACM card and it fixed that problem perfectly.

I can now play on Kali since the patch came out, it is awesome.
I experienced that lurching to the right the first time I raced, but
I haven't had it since then.  Haven't figured out why yet.

Thanks to Papyrus/Charlie Heath for the patch!!  Working great!!

Of course, nothing is perfect, and since I installed the ACM my
system boots up slow as hell until the first "Windows 95" screen
comes up, then the speed returns to normal.  I imagine it is due
to my sound card port and ACM card in conflict with each other
until win95 gets loaded enough to know that the sound card port
is disabled.  When I installed the ACM, I disabled the sound
card joy. port, powered down, installed ACM, booted up, cal'd
the T2, rebooted, powered down, installed sound card.  That's
when the boot up speed slowdown came to light.  I guess it's
no big deal, but does anyone have a fix for this??

My system:
Cyrix 166/ 32MB EDO/ i430VX motherboard
Award Bios 4.51pg PnP
Quantum Bigfoot 2.5GB E-IDE
Matrox Mystique 2MB
USR Winmodem 33.6
Sound Blaster 32PnP
Thrustmaster T2 w/ACM card

Thanks,

Dave Walkley
