GPL There may be life in Papy still

I have been a little cold to the whole sim racing world lately. It
seems like the glory days of Indycar and Nascar had gone and all the
sims turned kinda heartless. I bashed Papy a few times for SODA as
well as N2 and was pretty well ready to write the whole thing off.
Then comes GPL. I know this is early and there are a few anomalies
(mainly sound) but I havent felt this much atmosphere in a sim for a
while. There is something there even in this little taste of an early
version that tells me that the original NASCAR may get dethroned as my
favorite sim. When I pull out of the Glen, round that first corner and
start slowwwllly apply throttle, this beast nearly throws me out of my
chair. You can feel the raw power of this thing (GP) and it is RAW.
Traction is very tenuous, and the drifts are the best I can remember.
No snap after you reach a binary set-point just a smooth slide (all
the way around if you arent careful. Braking is an exercise in feather
foot or your off the track. I cannot wait to see the full product. I
just ope that I feel as e***d about this a month from now. Papy it
appears you have an engine that can challenge Nascar 1 as the best of
its time. Congratulations.

Well, you shouldn't of bashed Papy for SODA because it wasn't
THEIRS!!!  Why does everyone think Papy made it, just because they
have there name and logo on it.  Allied Forces made it: www.allied.com

Thanks,
