Yes, they do. But, will it need a Cray like F12K did?

F12K needed a Cray, but F12KCS was a lot better. So there is hope!

Yea. I'm looking forward to it. EA's F1 has been my personal favourite
so far.

If they manage to put in proper FF, they have an almost clear winner in
my book.

Yep, but the FFB is no worse than F1RC. I can't feel any corners in
F1RC with FFB, just bumps.

How have you managed to bring F1RC into this?  Amazing!  Have you tried F1
2001?  How do you know that it's 'no worse than F1RC'?
Although nothing like as good as the obviously wonderful GPL FF, the FF in
F1RC is a lot better than either of the previous EA titles, and you can feel
the car lifting off in corners, steering lightening, and good spot effects.
Not brilliant by any means, but pretty good and certainly better than most.

Who said anything about F1 RC ;). I agree, in F1 RC (demo) FF is
appaling as well, and the only modern F1 sim to get it at least close to
right is GP3.

But if F1 2000/CS 2000 had done it, it would have been very hard for me
to say which modern F1 sim is my favourite. As it stands now, though
(and especially since 3D sound was released for it)...

I meant the FFB is no worse in F12K compared to F1RC. I managed to
bring F1RC into it, because I think people like you are giving F1RC
more credit than it deserves. IMO, you're just eyecandy weenies and
are glossing over the deficiencies in F1RC just because you think it
looks so great. All looks and little substance.

Yea, I can feel that, but were's the cornering forces?

GP3 has much better FFB than F1RC and F12K.

You're obsessed man! Seek some help!  In a post about F1 2001, you manage to
bring in a totally irrelevant comment about F1RC, and get the sim wrong.  No
mention of F12K or F1RC in the original post! Pretty impressive.

in F1RC just because you think it looks so great. All looks and little
substance.

You are continuing my theory of needing some serious help!  I have been a
simmer probably longer than you've been born!  From GC's original classic
'Revs' in the seventies through almost every release to the latest F1RC.
I've been posting to ras for years and haven't noticed you until fairly
recently.

I believe it is you who is totally wrong about F1RC, the fact that it looks
amazing is purely a bonus. Even if it looked totally crap, it would still be
the best modern F1 sim out there.  That is not to say that it doesn't have
it's faults, neither does it mean that all other sims are crap. Far from it,
I still load F1CS a lot, and GP3 has some merits, but neither of them has
the right feel or the physics of the driving experience that makes F1RC such
a blast.

agree.

I go back a long way, not as long as you, but the reason you have'nt
noticed me before is because I have a split personality disorder and
post under more than one handle. But, I think your old age is fogging
your judgement. Time to retire to the web forums on MSN and play
online Hearts.

Whens the last time you drove an F1 car at Monza?

Read my previous post to Ian.

Yea, the sound in GP3 is greatly improved now. My only real complaint
about GP3  is that the AI is still a bit daft at times and the
graphics need improving in some areas. That jiggling graphics engine
is a bit annoying.
