Gentlemen,

I come to you today having found myself on both the right and wrong side
of arguments involving racing incidents in the past. It is with a heavy
heart that I must admit that irregardless of whether I was right or wrong, I
always felt it my duty to argue my point to the fullest, even if it reduced
my mentality to that of a four-year old embroiled in a playground squabble.

Having spent the better part of the last day reviewing RASCAR flamings
from the last two years, I have come to the following conclusions.

1. Our heated public disagreements have only served to increase ill feelings
toward one another, and furthermore make us look like children.

2. Once rational thought has been tossed aside in favor of anger, right or
wrong no longer matters, and additionally the two become nearly impossible
to differentiate. Then we start to look like children.

3. If one of the participants of such an argument happens to be involved in
the administration of RASCAR, and allows his language and treatment of
others to deteriorate to anything less than professional and respectful, the
negative effects of the argument are much more damning. People in such a
position should constantly be on thier guard, for they represent the whole
organization at all times. They have the power to make us all look like
children.

Recently we were thrust into an international spotlight due to major
article by one of the worlds leading pc magazines. I have no doubt that fame
and fortune are right around the corner for all of us, not to mention the
undying adoration of numerous female groupies. We should all be vigilant to
protect the good name and reputation of RASCAR, lest we drive away those
***l delights that await us.

In short, we should all strive to avoid conflagrations such as the ones
we have all seen in the past. They only cast doubt on our status as
professionals (ok, I know we're really just amateurs, but you get my point).
Never again will I allow what happens on the track on Saturday afternoons to
influence my opinion or treatment of any of you. Block me, bump me, bash me,
wreck me, it does not matter. I will still love every one of you as a
brother, for it is of YOU that I speak when I hold my head high and proudly
proclaim to the world "I, YES, I AM MEMBER OF RASCAR!!"

Thank you for your time.

"jon"
I will still love
The correct response to this should be a loud BITE ME!  But I will not
lower myself to that level since we could indeed create a bad first
impression.  Thankyou for setting us straight.
So would it be ok if I lost the Caps?
