As promised I've created a forum at Racesim Central for RASCAR here:

Feel free to upload files and setups and post about races etc without
cluttering up this newsgroup.

Unfortunately, I've forgotten my AchimT account's password. Your password
recovery mechanism says it's sent me a new password, but that new password
never arrived - maybe an error in the mail provider's system.

Could you reset that account's password and send me a new one?

I've just modified the forum permissions slightly.  In the spirit of a
newsgroup, you no longer have to be a member of the forum to post messages
in the RASCAR forum.  The only thing non-members can't do is upload files to
the forum.  I would of course encourage anyone to become a member of the
forum but I know there are a few people who don't like joining things.

You've got that right, and I'm one of them and I don't like web based
forums, but I do make exceptions, and I registered for your site ages
ago simply because it's well run, properly maintained and doesn't seem
to require people to register just so you can tell everyone how many
members you've got, keep up the good work Phil
