OT Graphics Problem

Hi,
After totally cleaning my registry of anything to do with Voodoo or 3DFX
files (previous card Voodoo3-3000)and re-installing my new Geforce 2 TI with
win9x 23.83drvs i still cannot get past the initial boot without the comp
locking up,the only way is to boot into safe mode and change to 640 res,if i
then try to change to higher res 800 or higher comp freezes,any ideas please
guys,ive tried re-installing drivers to no avail,the only thing i can think
of now is to take the card back and have them test it??any help would
greatly be appreciated.
running an old P11-400, 256 ram on Win 98 std

If it's a Hercules - try using proper Hercules drivers....other thing is to
try it in a different PC.  If it still doesn't work, then the card is
probably faulty.  I have seen a few faulty GeForce 2s - more so than most
other types.

Had the card checked out today,its fine so am D\L  different drvs win
9x23.11,i'll know if its a driver problem then,thanks for trying.
