High res in Nascar 99 ?

Is it possible through use of a patch or hack to increase the resolution of
the graphics in Nascar 99  by Sierra. I have  a 3dfx Banshee.
At the moment I think the max. resolution is 640 x 400.

It is not possible.

It is only with Nascar Racing 3 that Papyrus gave the Nascar series superior
resolutions than 640x480.
