N2 & DMA performance

I have a Gigabyte 586HX w/CyrixP166+ & Reactor card..   I can run with
the renddma command, but the steering is very unstable. It always
pulls to the left. If I run in non- Dma mode steering is fine, but the
game is so choppy its unplayable.

Run in reg SVGA mode, game is perfect.
Any help appreciated

I have this problem as well.  Expect my car does that for a few
seconds, then goes absolutely crazy.  This definately needs to be
addressed by Adam and the gang.

I have seen other posts like yours, the problem is the combination of
the Cyrix and Rendition.  I beleive there is something about this problem
in one of the readme.txt files. Dig into your cd and check it out.
The only quick fix I've seen here is to buy a wheel...
