Replacement Pots

by Jimste » Sat, 21 Aug 2004 03:30:27

Hi guys,

I was wondering where I could find a replacement pot for my gas pedal on my
thrustmaster force feedback steering wheel. It is completely jammed.
I went to a major electronics store in here in Belgium (Velleman) but the
pod they gave
has more degrees of rotation, meaning I can't get to full throttle any more.
Anyone knows where I might find the correct potentiometer ?

TIA

Go to www.thrustmaster.com

Register yourself

Write them an email explaining your problem.

The spring in my brake pedal had gone soft so the brakes on my F1
challenge car were rubbing slowing me down and eventually burning up.

I wrote them a mail and they wrote back to say they would send me one.
I said could you send me two as maybe the gas pedal is getting soft
(actually it is much more important to have a strong spring in the brake
pedal), I said while you are at it could you send me to sets.

I took a couple of weeks, but they sent me 4 springs free of charge.

Pretty good service if you ask me.

regards
Graham
