Hi Ruud,
Yes in D3D mode, no in Glide mode.(For Glide you need a 12Mb card).

You are right, a Voodoo1 with 6 Mb will display the***pit too. This
is due to the 4 Mb texture memory, not common in a Voodoo1 card.
A Voodoo2 8Mb only has 2Mb texture memory too, that's why you need a
Voodoo2 12Mb (4Mb texture memory) to display a***pit.
Since a Voodoo1 with 6Mb is hard to get, I decided not to mention it.

Depends on your concept of "hard to get." Canopus is the ONLY
manufacturer I'm aware of that has a 6MB V1, but they ARE available thru
their website and off the net. LOVE mine, but I've never found a use for
the extra texture memory until WW2F (and MIGHT get NFSIII). Still, it's the
Cadillac of V1's (or V2's) - and priced accordingly. My Pure3D 1 even has
TV out (though I lost the cable so I haven't had to the chance to test out
NR99 on my 27" console that's next to my computer <G>).

I have a 16MB Voodo Banshee and the Banshee Patch installed.
How do i choose between D3D and Glide? In my 3dsetup is only the choice between
'MaxiGamer Phoenix' (Banshee) and 'Software Renderer'.
Thanks
Udo
