NFSIII and Dangerous Pursuit?

I have this strange story.  Well, I bought NFS3 at EB in NYC.  To my
surprise, it cost $44, but EB site listed as $39.  So, I told the sale
person about it and he gave me some dump excuse about the price would be
always different.  Hell, with it, I bought it anyway.  When I was about to
check out, I was told by the cashier that the purchase of NFS3 also included
a free video tape called Dangerous Pursuit.  The tape is about some footage
on car chase between police and the fleeting suspect.  Are any NFS3 owners
have gotten this tape too?

I didn't get a video tape but I bought the game at CompUSA this weekend for
$29... no rebates required... $29 at the register!!
