There's a rolling demo on the latest PC Gamer (I think it only came out
today). It looks very very arcady.

BTW, this PC Gamer has a whole big thing on GP3 in it, but the screenshots
are those released by Hasbro this week. Nothing really new in it.

I like it.

Its a bit shallow someplaces but the tracks are fun (around 10), graphics
good and car control is sort of the same as Toca 2.

I am playing it like mad actually. I would give it around 85-90 % - but
there is room for improvement.

The only thing I wish it had was more car setup features.  It is very basic.
