It's a fair review based upon the pre-release hype.. I just went by what
was printed on the box.. none of that is said.. except for "true to life
handling"

Fair enough and thanks for the heads up (though I think most of us are
getting the idea).  You might want to double check after using your
spell checker.  Unless you meant to call "Le Mans", "Ale Mans" :-)

LOL!!!. That's how it came over from Euthenyx's web site.

James on the subject of numbers of polygons. The Cars in SCGT may have
had 1000 polys. But before you started fiddling with the game they
were only visible from about 6ft away : ) beyond that the poly count
dropped to about 8 : )

Actually, the cars in SCGT has 5 models.
The most detailed ones were around 1200 polys.
As you get further away from the cars the bodies would degenerate to
keep FPS up.
The lowest models were in the 500 to 600 range so even then they have
this piece of crap-ola beat :)
