NL, N3 keyboard lockup weirdness

I installed Nascar Legends last night; tried to run it, but once I got in
the car, my "Num Lock", "Caps Lock" and "Scroll Lock" lights on my keyboard
lit up and my keyboard wouldn't work. Ok, I figured, maybe a controller
issue. I decided to adjust it later, and to check out N3, which I have been
using without a problem when....


Any ideas?
