0=i believe this "had" something to do with the race distance (on some
tracks the 2 races in the season had different distances. These
distances were incorporated into the track text file in older versions
of nascar racing, 0 was first distance, 1 was 2nd distance. This is no
longer a factor since they incorporated the distance into the calendar
file. seems papy just left it in there)
1=night race (0 would be day race)
NCHRLTTE=track folder-dat file name
coca cola 600=track event name
400=number of laps 100% distance
and logo's (.tga)
