>                    Thanks,          Jeff   I have been using the Formula T1 for nearly a year now. The more you push on the

pettle the more you get (gas/brake/....) you can go through a corner at half throutle or
or aproch a corner using 1/4 then 1/2 then 3/4  brack or any thing in between. They are
both progressive like in real life. The only thing differant is that the springs don't
feal real. The best way to explain is --- In my real car I can press the gass to the
point *just* before the second barrol in the carberator opens because the pettle gets a
bit harder to push from that time on. with the T1 its a continuos presure feeling.
(Thats the best I can explain)

The only problems I've had were that the pettle platform slids on the floor when ever
I press either pettle fast and hard. I corrected that by placing some wood bettween the
wall and the platform. (Minor problem). The other was the spring in the gass pettle
broke. I replacede that with a spring from a small fan that had a palm sized clip with a
spring about the same size as the one that was on the pettle. The company that makes the
T1 does give you replacement parts for free if any thing brakes (found that out after I
modified the thing).

Wich ever wheel system you buy, Be sure to send in the regestration form. its your
tiket for information from the manufacturer about improved systems.

Hello I'm a semi-experienced racer on nascar, Ive talked to several
people about getting a steering system.  The Formula T2 by THRUSTMASTER
seems to be teh best choice right now.  I would like to here from you
about where you purchased yours from, how much it costs, and any problems
you had with it.  I also have a question not too many people can answer,
on the pedals for the T2 are they all-or-nothing switches (like a
joystick) or are they progressive (more gas/brake the further you push)
It would be nice to be able to hold a constant speed at some tracks and i
dont know if this system does this.  If you have the T2 or any other
systtem you feel is better, please send me mail.
                   Thanks,          Jeff
