Nascar & Win95.... problem I'm having.....

Help, I am having trouble running Nascar.... When I can get it to load
without a conventional RAM error, I can't seem to get the sound to
work for anything. Can anyone tell me the optimal configuration for
Win95 to run Nascar. If it helps, this is what I've got for a
computer....

486DX4-100
16 meg ram
swap space up to 60 meg
SoundBlaster16 clone (a Reveal CD-ROM kit to be exact)
