Well for one thing it's the #19 Car not 73 and thats Loy Allen JR. from a
couple years ago.

Loy Allen...same car he used to win pole for the 1994 Daytona 500.
I think that is Loy Allen Jr. I have been at Talladega for the past 4
years, and that's the only white car I can think of that has led(not
including top drivers).
