Nascar2 Video corruption

Has anyone got a 'fix' for this?

Under Windows 95 I now get a corrupted screen when the game boots up.
Very psychedelic but very unusable. It did run fine under Win 95. I DL'd
the Scitech Utility to try, and when I went to the game it had the
'psychedelic' problem. I simply shut off the Scitech program and all was
fine.... UNTIL I loaded Win95b on my system. NOW it is just the
opposite. If I run the Scitech program all is fine, but without it I get
the corrupted picture.

On my C drive I have the updated Win95b while on my D drive I have a
clean install of Win95b. If I adjust my Msdos.sys file to boot to the D
windows I can run N2 without a problem. It is only when booting to the
normal C installation (which has all the registry info for my various
programs, desktop icons, etc.....)

I only put the clean installation on as a test of boot speed,
performance, etc. and didn't want to commit to reloading tons of
software unless there was a major benefit to the clean install.

If anyone has any ideas let me know. I don't want to have to purchase
the Scitech program just to 'fix' this. I have tried deleting the
Scitech program AND reinstalling ny video drivers.

Win95B
Intense 3D Rendition card
Nascar2 fully patched

Thanks,
Alan

Alan, you might want to get the latest drivers from Intergraph.  There are
some new drivers and bio that might fix this for you.  Call the number in
your manual or go to their web site.

-Intergraph Intense 3D Card-
Actually, I grabbed their new drivers the other night and had probs with
one program.... MS Precision Racing! The draw ahead was about 10' in
actual track length. I adjusted the 'control H-F' keys and it never made
any difference. It was also back to being hard to control in the
game.... although that may have had a lot to do with it being impossible
to judge track distance.

The new drivers didn't help N2 so I loaded my BETA Intergraph drivers
and all is fine (as fine as it can be until the PATCH!) with MS CART PR
but not Nascar2....

As anyone else had a problem with the new drivers?

Oh well...

Yes I've had the exact same problem, but didn't realize it could be
caused by the new drivers.  I hope this gets fixed in some patch
(either from MS or Intergraph)...

After a bit of searching and tweaking I found the 'Rendition Reference'
drivers directly from Rendition's page. These are Beta BUT they work
GREAT on my system. http://www.rendition.com They have a list of
disclaimers...yada yada.... but for MY system they worked really well
and MS CPR is running the best it has ran since I got it. My N2 problem
is now fixed also BUT I think that might've been Win95 being
tempermental ;o/

The file includes a new Vid Card BIOS which is loaded by your autoexec
(if you want). It doesn't Flash the BIOS so if you don't put it in your
autoexec you dont load it. Brings the BIOS up to ...105

My system:
Intense 3D
Cyrix 166+
24 Meg RAM

Anyway, If you're having trouble with your Rendition card and CPR I try
these drivers....
