Hey,

I am looking for detailed info on setting up my car at different tracks.
Can anyone suggest a URL?  I'm not interested in setup files.

Thanks!!

Hi Joel,

it would be helpful if you specify which game you're talking about.

In case the game in question is GP2, go tho this site:

        http://infoweb.magi.com/~ericcote/gp2menu.html

It contains very advanced setup guides for every track, plus excellent
setup files.

Hope this helps,

Mickey

A favorite of mine is www.synapse.net/~crankstr/n2setups.htm

I am in the process of optimizing setups using a mathematical
technique called Box's fractional factorial and the Yates algorithm.
This allows one to see which changes are significant and which
variables have interaction. This way you don't have to make
2^14 runs on each track <G>. It is a Design of Experiment
technique used at General Motors and other companies.
Courtesy of my very bright mechanical engineer wife.

As soon as the spreadsheet is programmed I'll release it and the
instructions. For N2 fanatics only :-) You don't need to understand
the math or have a Masters in statistics.

Regards,

Harry

I have a setup guide. It doesn't speak to specific tracks, but covers
setups in general. The URL is:
