I don't think the physics have been changed, although it sure "feels"
like they have. The touring car
patch does alter the track.txt to create better traction, and the cars have
different settings in the skill stat, but that is mainly for the AI cars,
changing those doesn't effect the human controlled car very much. Most of
the savy setup guys have said that the same concepts for N2 work with the
Touring cars. But since all of the
Touring car races are on Road/Street courses, you have to take turning right
into consideration.
