N2002 & N4: Differences?

What are the main differences between Nascar Racing 2002 and Nascar
Racing 4?
  New tracks, physics, graphics??
  Pointing me toward a website or FAQ might be the easiest.
  I only have a low powered PC (only just runs N4), but if N2002 has
better physics or AI I will almost certainly buy it.
  I only race offline (dial-up = real slow!!), if that helps. TIA.

There are hundreds of similar posts in this news group.  Just go back
over the last several weeks and you'll find more info than you need to
know the differences.

If your computer just runs N4, you may not be very happy with N2002.
The system requirements are pretty steep and even on newer, decent
systems N2002 just looks good. It certainly won't look as good as N4
on your pc.
