I can get it to kind of work on line but it chops 15fps on my rate if
I've forgotten to turn it off.
I get this too with my Kyro2, although not as bad.
I can run 1152x864 full detail offline but online I use 1/4 detail on the
slider & 800x600.
I put it down to a cheapy modem combined with a fairly low quality
connection. LAN racing is fine.
Malc.
This was not the case with my old setup (using a vooodoo 5),
so I assumed it was something with the geforce drivers.
(I have seen the same behaviour with much lower online
framerates on another geforce equipped machine at work.)
If there is a way to get the geforce to run as well online
as offline I want to know about it :-)

Did you check if your modem or network card (whatever you use to get
online) does share an IRQ with your videocard?

Check out this Kyro II guide for GPL and VROC if you didn't know it existed

Zero complaints offline & LAN though, I get 32-35fps at the back of the grid
at 1152x864, although I haven't retried this with the new Ferrari.

Useful tip to remember: If you're running gpl on a Kyro2, disable the
latency bars in the vroc 'join/advanced' dialogue box.
Cheers, Malc.
(now running 1152x864 full detail online!)
