       No!  Black flags should only be applied during green flag
situations.  Thus because you created the yellow flag by your spin, even
if you pitted for the original black flag, you technically would still
have to enter the pits for a stop and go penalty only AFTER the race went
back to green.
       maaaaaaaybe thats what happened....

That doesn't explain why I was repeatedly warned, then cited for passing
car #25 when the only car I had passed was the pace car.
