SPYBOY PROBLEMS

I have a 266 pentium with 96 megs of ram and a voodoo 2 eight meg card.  Just
connected for the first time to SPYBOY and when the sim loads to join, it stops
at the page where there should be an IP address.  But there is none.  Cant get
in from there.  Any suggestions?  I have the latest update 1.099.17 (I
believe).

Also, in VROC I can practice, but as soon as practice is over I get booted.
Any suggestions for this?
