N2, Win95 OSR 2, Rendition - Help Appreciated

I hate setting up new computers.  With that said...

I've moved my old Intergraph Reactor (Intense 3D 100) into the new
computer.  Reinstalled N2, reapplied the patch to 1.03.  I've installed
the latest (as of two or three weeks ago) Win95 Rendition drivers, I
believe they said version 4.0 (I'd look right now but NT is my main
environment, Win95 is religated to racing these days).

I can run N2 from Windows just fine.  I can run N2, N2REND, and RENDDMA
fine if I restart in MS-DOS mode.

Whenever I try to run the Rendition version from within Win95 I get a
message about not being able to find a VxD.
The NROSREND doesn't work either.  It gives messages about a VDD (I
believe).

The machine itself is a Compaq Deskpro 6000.  P2, 266MHz, 96meg ram,
Win95 OSR 2,  SoundBlaster AWE 64,  Adaptec 2940 SCSI controler,  IDE
CD-ROM.

Thanks for any info,
Dan
