GP3 Spa wet set-up?

Does anyone know a source (or have) a driveable wet set-up for Spa; or have
any hints how to make a dry set-up effective in the wet?

I presume you mean for GP3 and not GPL.
Could you imagine Masta in the wet, now that would be scary.

look under setups, i remember seeing some wet setups in there.
