Schumacher who was inching away from me. I got the 2 Mclarens and a Jordan
all over me and am having to defend the line into all the slow corners,
running hardly any wing so able to pull away from them a little in the first
section of the lap, but in the last sector there swarming all over my
gearbox. Coming into the last chicane and Hakkinen outbreaks himself goes
onto the grass and ends up spinning across my line and into the barrier, I
jerk the wheel to avoid contact with him but cannot regain control, bye bye
front wheel. Lucky to get the replay really, managed to hobble over the
start/ finish line on three wheels.
Shame as I only had 3 laps till I pitted for a new set of boots. Anyway
Hakki lost a wheel when he hit the barrier and then his teamate hit him
takeing his rear wing and another wheel. Shit I was proud to have got the
Minardi to fouth on the grid in qualifying shame I couldn`t have got some
points. I am really enjoying the game, very easy to get lost in it, hope
others are enjoying it as much as I am.
