Once they leave the pits, the go all the way round to get the green flag,
starting the offical timing lap or laps. They have to get with the program
in a hurry and then cut a perfect lap. The perfect lap does not apply to
Derick Cope or Kyle Petty. If they make the top ten, everyone else must be
having a bad day.
