Jim, could you tell me about how often the human player will have a
random breakdown.  I've had 2 in my last 4 races in a championship
season.  To say the least, its not doing my chances for winning the
championship any good.  I still love this feature though.

Again, make sure you aren't over stressing your engine and having a
non-random breakdown... :-)

Off the top of my head, I'd estimate that a human player will have a
random breakdown about 1 in 9 100% length races?

  Do you have to run a 100% race to experience a breakdown?  I've run 8
races of the championship so far with a length of 33% and haven't
experienced a single breakdown yet.  Hopefully my team resigns me for
next season.

I would assume that running 33% races, your chance of a random breakdown
would be 1 in 27 races.

Eric....
I have my Season set at 30% race-lengths and have experienced two
breakdowns to date (about half-way through).
