Finally Sub 1:28 at monza , how i did it ...

Hi

Finally, after few months, i manage a 1:27.87 at monza ! I'm so happy !

And since i change somethings i manage to do it consistently :

1) I broke a part of my MS FF accel spring's pedal. ( well now it's
softer )
2) I remove the squash ball behind the brake pedal
3) I used GH setups instead of Leonardo Setups...

So, now i manage to brake more precisly, i'm gonna re-try all the tracks
:o)

Maybe, that was the key, i prefer soft instead of hard pedals :o)

New Goal : beat my 8:08 at the ring... sub 8:00 is the goal - sick! ...
need to put a ringtrainer's shortcut on desktop :o) .

regards,

Damn Sebastien, 27.87 at Monza, 8:08 at the Ring, you -are-
improving...
Yesterday I broke my pb with 27.60. But it's getting really difficult
now to improve even further, allthough the current WR is more than a
second faster.. depressing huh?

I've made some comparison with GPLDump and if i make no mistake i can do a
1:27:30, but as you say the WR 1 second faster ...sick !

And i don't want to think about the ring WR ! ;o)

I read somewhere that changing the MS FF pedals pot improve brake precision
!, so i plan to try it, hope it will help !

Man, I'd sell my SOUL for an 8:00 lap at the Ring, or 1:27 at Monza...<g>

replace 27.60 with 28.97 and 3 secs to the WR, then you've got my
situation....

You guys must be really depressed. I have given up on
getting in 1:27. ... At least until I find a way to fit
that nice Ilmor-Mercedes in the Lotus :>

Goethe? I never thought I'd see him pop up in r.a.s! Let's see, "Es irrt der
Mensch, so lang er strebt"? Or perhaps "Ohne Hast, aber ohne Rast" is more
applicable to GPL. I'm sure I don't need to translate, Goethe reads so much
better in his own language...

Oh, all right:

"Without haste, but without rest."
