Is Geoff Crammond working on GP3 now?

> Is Geoff Crammond working on GP3 now?

Geoff Crammond's GP2 is fanatastic.  Micropose's marketing
strategy is none exsistant!  IF there is going to be a GP3,
you would think there would be some foreward marketing NOW!
Screen shots, Geoff and his software crew giving interviews
perhaps, evan a demo (one or two tracks).  It worked for GPL,
did you notice the very smart way that Papy kept us informed
via RAS and PC mags prior to release, our appetites were well
wetted!  An examble for Micropose or whoever may eventually
release this 'secret GP3 project'

% Is Geoff Crammond working on GP3 now?

My sources at Thrustmaster say that Geoff and crew has been working with
people at Thrustmaster for GP3.  And yes, it is still through MicroProse.
So let's hope it doesn't go through the same development cycle, release
projection, development cycle as Falcon 4.0! <G>

Interesting Micheal! There was supposed to be a preview of it in some European Mag a few
moons back but I don't recall it ever happening.

"Thrustmaster sources"?

Ok. He who says "A", should also say "B" and the rest of the Western Alphabet
for that matter...  :-)  This means that Thrustmaster is developing a special
force-feedback wheel for co-release with GP3, right?

This is good news.  GP2 is a highly under-rated simulator that deserves
better than MicroProse's marketing...

More like Jeff is seeking Thrustmasters input on getting the feel of the
FF right.

I _think_ MGI did the same with Viper Racing.  Whatever they did, they
did it right :)
