I have just seen one of my programmer mates who has been to ECTS. GP3 was
running on the Hasbro stand, but only in software mode (no 3d acceleration).
Suprising, but the information on the stand and the people there suggested a
Spring 2000 release date, so the game is obviously not near to completion.
Apparently, a video of some laps at Monaco with four other cars was showing,
which looked "like a higher detail, higher resolution GP2" The blurb on the
stand was boasting of a "revolutionary physics engine from Geoff Crammond"

Seems like it may be sometime before GP3 sees the light of day.

Sounds also like the release of GP2
when it was put back and back
