Go to http://www.nascar-3.com and read their track conversion info,
which tells you exactly what text file edits to make.  No graphics edits
are really necessary for the basic conversion.  Then copy it out of N2
or N99 and make the necessary modifications to the track txt file and
add it to the N3 schedule.
