Just curious where I can download Pocono for Nascar 3. I
saw somewhere that it was available, but did not catch where.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

You can find it in your Nascar Racing 2 CD-Rom or in the /NROS section of
the Nascar Racing : 1999 Edition by Papyrus.
