I believe it uses DirectX 5. If so you can run it with the Nt4 DirectX 5
hack. I have been playing Falcon 4.0 on NT for quite a while. Just do a
FTP search for nt4dx5.exe

NT won't touch N2 but N99 runs great under NT (slower then 9x but if
you're running the 3dfx version you don't notice it)
