NT 4.0 and N2...steering wheel problems

Just purchased N2 and played it for 2 weeks while using Win95. Then I
upgraded to Windows NT 4.0 and can get into the game. However, NT will not
recognize my T2-Steering Wheel. Anyone else encounter this and have a
solution.
