Racing Wheel for NT 4.0?

by Leif Bloomquis » Sat, 20 Feb 1999 04:00:00

Hey all,

I'm looking for a steering wheel and pedals (throttle+brake) that work
under Windows NT 4.0, Service Pack 4.  The throttle and brake must work
independently (3-axis mode?)

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Thanks
Leif

Racing Wheel for NT 4.0?

If the "gameport" is installed it should work just like any other
IBM/PC type (up to 4 axis , I think). So just pick any wheel that you
like. I can't think of any racing games for NT , what's it for? I
can't recommend my $50 Thrustmaster GP1 as part of an operator
interface for that robot mining rig of yours, if that's what you are
up to<G>.
BTW- nice to see another automation guy in the R.A.S. group.
