Go in there and you can edit your Anti-Aliasing as well as your Verticle

This is because drivers with a v-sync setting won't be given WHQL
certification by Microsoft anymore.

I have the latest official Det3 drivers - 6.50 - and have that option. I do
have HZ Tools for setting refresh rates, but I don't think it has anything
to do with me having the vsynch tab in d3d - then again, I'm usually wrong
:)
