As a fellow victim of video ficker in N3 I was very interested in your answer.
I have a Voodoo 3 2000 and have downloaded drivers dated Jan 25, 2000. I am
puzzled. I click on 3dfx teaks and see that the "Selection" radio button is
set to "Desktop" and that the "Force Triple Buffering" is greyed out. If I
select another radio button the "Force Triple Buffering" is alive. However, if
I leave the selection at "Direct 3D: or "Glide/OpenGL" or Video Overlay" and
exit when I return the selection is still "Desktop".
My question is - should I be selecting "Direct 3D: or "Glide/OpenGL" or Video
Overlay"? And - how do I get the selection to persist?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
