I've been reading the past couple of days about GTR 2002 but I've been
unable to find the site from which to download. Also what are the system
requirements and the costs?

Same as for F1 2002 by ISI/EA Sports, which is required for the mod to work,
BTW. If you don't own the game, buy it for the mod alone. Trust me, it's
*that* good.
